SUMMARY:
My client a car rental company is looking to fill this position, candidates should have prior experience working in a car rental company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have 3 years experience as a Driver in a Car Rental Company
Must have a PrDp (This is a requirement)
Have own transport. (This is a requirement)
Computer literate. (this is a requirement)

To prepare, deliver and collect quality vehicles to and from internal and external customers at the right quantity, right time and right place so as to exceed customer expectations.

To ensure that before delivering a vehicle all checks have been done and that the vehicle is in 100% working order.

A daily Fleet list to be done on all vehicles in the yard

To ensure that all Pre- Authorizations and payments are done on delivery of the vehicle

To ensure that all the necessary documentation like Drivers licenses, passports and address of clients are obtained on delivery of vehicle.

Ensure that all the Companies documentation is signed correctly and in the right place.

On Collection of vehicles from client, all damages to vehicle to be noted clearly and signed for by client. Also ensure accident claim form is completed and signed by client.

Ensure that all accessories that were delivered with vehicle are returned. EG: baby seats, GPS, WIFI, Fire Extinguisher, Roof Racks etc.

Refueling of vehicles, tyre checks, water, oils, wheel alignment on return of vehicles, from clients and panel shops etc. Fuel Slips to be completed prior to collection

Assisting/support to fleet manager with maintenance of vehicles (Sealing of tools)

If and when needed to asst with cleaning of vehicles

Contact and SMS client prior to delivery and collection of vehicles

Ensure non revs are opened/closed for each trip on Wheelsys. Log sheets completed accurately and check sheets complete.

To assist chauffeur drive as and when required

Loading bookings/ allocating vehicles/ check out booking/ prechecking bookings on Wheelsys.

New on fleet – Complete necessary documents for intake for all new vehicles

Inspection sheets to be carried for vehicles from panel shops.

Schedule to be checked the day before and deliveries/ collections before 12pm to be allocated before 12pm
