POSITION INFO:

The client would like to recruit a well-versed Backup engineer with at least 5 years working experience.  They need a well-versed candidate that possess skills in the following areas - Veeam Backup and Replication preferably certified VCE; Microsoft Server knowledge; Virtualisation and Hypervisors; Infrastructure and data centre exposure (Hardware, Servers, SAN, Networks).  This is a Backup Engineer role responsible for daily operations within the BCM business. To ensure all contracts and SLA metrics are met for current and future Backup and Disaster Recovery customers. Responsible for Backup and DR tests and live requirements as presented on contracts.  Veeam Certification, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, and Virtualization - Hyper V and VMWARE Certification are required.  You also need at least 5 years Backup and Disaster recovery management and contract management.
