Job Description

The Reverse Logistics (RL) Manager is responsible for:

• National Logistics Management and Repair partner functions for all customer products and services.
• All or most of the following: inventory management, warehousing, distribution, transportation, reverse logistics and return merchandise authorization / return goods authorization.
• Operational efficiencies and effectiveness, cost management, profitability, and quality control of the logistics function.
• This is a hands-on position.
