Job Description

A successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Supporting Branch Managers with day-to-day store operation
• Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
• Evaluating branched and individual performances through KPI measurements
• Reporting on regional sales results
• Forecasting quarterly and annual profits for the region
• Identifying hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
• Preparing and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
• Analyzing  regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
• Addressing potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
• Participating in decisions for expansion or acquisition
• Suggesting new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
• Maximizing growth potential of stores within the region
• Ensuring that stores comply with industry regulations
• Collecting customer feedback as well as market research

Qualifications

• Matric or any other qualification in Sales/Marketing

Skills

• 5 to 10 years'''' proven experience in sales management
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• CRM system (preferably Syspro)
