Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, You will be responsible for:

• Working with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.
• Planning production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
• Developing and reviewing production plan to maximize output with available capacity.
• Monitoring the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion.
• Investigating production problems, analyse root causes and provide solutions.
• Analysing back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations.
• Planning equipment, material and manpower requirements to execute job orders efficiently and effectively.
• Monitoring production progress and ensure that final product meets company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Maintaining reports for production planning activities and sequences.
• Collaborating with quality control, warehouse and other staff.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering or similar.

Skills

• 3 – 5 years’ in mechanical / manufacturing industry.
• SAP essential
• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP Systems
• Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning)
• Good at math and statistics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
