JOB DESCRIPTION:

Vendor and Tender Administration Assistant

3 to 5 years’ experience to provide Secretariat functions to the Tender Evaluation Committees; advertisement of tenders once Specifications/ToRs are approved, awarded, or cancelled; conduct compliance check of received proposals and preparing report; and assist with the administration of the Database of Suppliers for procurement of goods and services (this will include adding of suppliers on SAP from the CSD, downloading of CSD Reports, issuing out Request for Vendor for RFQ to be issued).
