MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural diploma/degree
Min of 4 years previous vegetable farming experience
Min of 4 years previous farm management level experience
Being maintenance orientated essential
Strong and proven labour/admin management
Ability to work with and lead a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Valid drivers license and passport
