SUMMARY:
This is a 6 - 12 months contract

POSITION INFO:

Main Purpose:

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that systems designs are easy to use and that a positive experience is created for users as they interact with digital products and systems.

Minimum Requirements:

BSc in Design, Computer Science or related field
At least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Specialist working with both mobile, desktop and web applications
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile design
A solid grasp of user-centred design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability analysis
Customer centric disposition is a key requirement

Key Performance Areas:

Assessment of business and usability requirements
Design and implement UX Solutions
Assessment and adherence to UX practices, standards and policies:
Teamwork & customer service
