A reputable vehicle dealership based in Rustenburg is currently seeking a Pre – Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to lead their pre-owned vehicle department. The candidate will be responsible for managing the used car inventory, which involves researching, purchasing, and pricing vehicles. You will also oversee the sales staff, helping them meet monthly goals and encouraging leadership development within the team. This position takes strong communication and relationship management skills to get the most out of your employees and the best deal from wholesale dealerships. The ideal candidate has prior experience with used cars, preferably in a supervisory role.

Requirements

• Matric Certification
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Minimum of 3 years Pre – Owned Vehicle Sales Management Experience
• Several years of automotive sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales and trend forecasting abilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Research and source inventory
• Negotiate with dealers and wholesalers for the best price
• Determine prices for used vehicles
• Hire and train sales staff
• Set sales goals for your team
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred)
• Several years of automotive sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales and trend forecasting abilities
