SUMMARY:
Our client a well-established Dealership is seeking the services of a Used Vehicle Invoicing Clerk / Stock Controller for the North of Johannesburg , Gauteng area.

POSITION INFO:

Our client a well-established Dealership is seeking the services of a Used Vehicle Invoicing Clerk / Stock Controller for the North of Johannesburg , Gauteng area.

Please take note: If you have never worked in the motor industry at dealership level then we will not consider you for the position. This position requires motor industry software experience.

Remuneration: Basic R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month + Medical Aid + Provident fund.

We will only consider candidates who have current or previous experience in the motor industry as Stock Controllers.

The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and with extreme accuracy. Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Invoicing clerk / Stock Controller experience must be in the Automotive industry with new or used vehicles.

Min Requirements. 

• Processing of orders & supplier invoices

• Manage Vehicle Stock
• General administrative filing

• Floor plan Management & reconciliation

• Management of Parts accounts from orders to Sales Ledger processing
• Dealer transfers & invoicing

• Sales invoicing

• Stock take Management & reconciliation

• Correct write back provisions on vehicles

• Management & updating of Demo units

• Natis requests on settlements
• DT / CT experience will be advantageous

• Dealer & Customer queries
