SUMMARY:
We have an exciting role available for a seasoned upmarket sales consultant with industry knowledge and a passion for interior design, home décor and statement pieces in a home!

If your passion is interior design and you have exceptional sales and customer service skill, then this might be the perfect role for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications required:

Matric
Tertiary qualification in Interior Decorating or related field would be an advantage

Skills and experience required:

At least 3 years sales experience within upmarket interior design retail industry
Good with selling products and concepts and understanding of interior design, decorating and elements of such
Professional with good business etiquette
Be assertive with drive and ambition
Creativity and innovative thinking
Excellent customer service

Job description:

Maintain website queries and orders
Deal with walk-in customers, clients, decorators etc
Handle customer queries and complaints
Handle store cleanliness, organisation, and stock replenishment
