SUMMARY:
Seeking a mature Unit Manager to oversee the Maternity and Paediatrics units.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure the Maternity and Paediatrics unit is efficiently managed, staffed and conforms to all medi-legal aspects relative to the health care industry.
  • Ensure all ward equipment''s in good state of repair.
  • Ensure all stock is accounted for and stock takes are done.
  • Ensure that all documentation required is correctly completed and appropriately filed and distributed.

Qualifications

  • Professional Nurse with Midwifery or Advanced Midwifery
  • Post Basic Diploma in Nursing Administration 
  • 5 Years experience in Maternity and Paediatric units
  • Previous Unit Management experience is required
  • SANC registrations
