Underwriter | Short Term Personal Lines

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in Short Term Personal Lines and Commercial underwriting
RE 5
120 Credits
Fit and Proper as per FAIS
Skilled in Excel and knowledge of short term administration systems i.e. MMX
DOFA confirmation from FSCA
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good administration skills
Planning and organising skills
Time management skills
Resilient with a good level of stress tolerance
Highly client-focused with good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients
Preparing quotations
Issuing new policies, renewals, and endorsements
Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients
Recording details and information on the relevant systems.
