Underground Supervisor

POSITION INFO:

A well-established company is looking for an Underground Supervisor at a mining site in Lydenburg. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the work of the underground crew

Salary negotiable

This is a contract position and is dependent on the duration of the project requirements

Responsibilities

• Carry out general installation and construction work
• Oversee the work of the underground crew
• Ensure work is done within the required deadlines
• Ensure health and safety requirements are met
• Reporting and general administration as required

Requirements

• Matric
• Underground Civil works experience essential
• Section 13 Trade (Electrical trade would be advantageous)
• Minimum first aid level 1
• Must be medically fit and have a clear criminal record
• Driver’s license
