The Role:
You''ll be joining the Head of Research where you will provide support and lead research across the digital estate. A small team for the time being but with huge plans to grow over the next 12 months and beyond, they are offering unrivalled progression and development opportunities. The long-term focus for this team is ensure the business aligns with a user-centred design approach which you will be a huge part of!


Day to day, you will lead and run research for a range of both web and mobile applications where you will be hands on testing, both moderated and unmoderated, and design both qualitive and quantitative research methods ensuring the users needs have been considered throughout.

You:

You should have experience with statistical analytics and be able to confidently demostrate research principles and methodology in either a commercial or academic capacity.


You will be a key communicator both internally and externally so it''s important you are a strong communicator with a good understanding of user-centred design principles.


Aside from that, the team have created a really friendly and supportive dynamic where everyone has their voice heard, and they''re looking for someone who will fit right into that! Equally though, you should be able to work independently when the need arises.

Salary & Interview Process:

We have anything up to £40,000 for this role depending on experience, with a range of benefits and a bonus on top of that!

The role is entirely remote, for now, but going forward they would like a mix of in office, at home working however, it''s pretty flexible and they are treating people like grown-ups, which is always nice.
