JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experienced Front Desk Coordinator needed for a busy Spa in Pretoria

2 years of Beauty Therapy qualification.
4-5 years of working experience in a busy Spa/ Salon environment as a Front Desk Coordinator.
ESP hands-on working experience, and be Computer Literate with excellent Administration skills.
MUST have previous experience with making bookings, answering calls, cash-ups, and stock take.
MUST have strong verbal and written communication skills.
MUST have very good customer care with excellent retailing skills.
MUST be friendly and professional with clients.
MUST be well-groomed to represent the brand, and be passionate about the beauty industry.
