SUMMARY:
An innovative and fast-growing organisation is seeking a UI/UX Designer (Graduate) to join their digital product team. This role is ideal for a creative and user-focused graduate who is passionate about designing intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences while learning from experienced designers and developers.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Support user experience research, including usability testing and user feedback analysis
- Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
- Contribute to design systems and UI standards
- Iterate designs based on feedback, testing results, and business requirements
- Maintain design documentation and style guides
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field
- Basic understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- A portfolio (academic or personal projects) demonstrating design thinking and UI skills
Advantageous Skills (Not Essential)
- Exposure to user research methodologies
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
