Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and task flows based on user needs
- Design intuitive, userâfriendly interfaces and workflows
- Collaborate with developers and designers to implement effective design solutions
- Create user personas and define interaction models
- Analyse user behaviour and gather feedback to improve digital products
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Education: Relevant degree (BCom Informatics, BSc, Engineering, or similar)
- Experience:
- 5–7 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Proven track record with a strong portfolio of UX/UI projects
- Experience in user research, testing, and project environments
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as UXPin, Balsamiq, or similar
- Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into userâfocused designs
