SUMMARY:
A fast-paced fintech environment is seeking a UAT Specialist to lead user acceptance testing across emerging technologies. This is a hands-on, functional role, ideal for those passionate about driving software quality in large-scale, high-volume systems
POSITION INFO:
My client, a leader in secure digital transactions, is looking for an experienced UAT Specialist to take ownership of the end-to-end user acceptance testing lifecycle for new and evolving payment products. You’ll work across agile teams to ensure high-quality solutions by designing test strategies, executing manual test cases, verifying system-to-system interactions, and validating business-critical data across multiple platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being embedded in cross-functional teams, liaising with PMO, QA, and product stakeholders while influencing test planning and execution. You’ll contribute to iterative delivery models and play a key role in ensuring the business rules, UI, data, and user stories are fully validated before going live.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of UAT or QA experience within fast-paced IT jobs or fintech environments
Hands-on experience writing and executing manual test cases
Strong understanding of business rules, functional specifications, and use cases
Skilled in defect tracking and risk analysis
Familiarity with test tools such as Jira, Quality Center, or Bugzilla
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Exposure to high-volume or transactional systems is preferred
Qualification:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (or equivalent)
