SUMMARY:
Qualification and Skills Requirements

Bachelor degree of computer sciences/telecommunication or related majors
3 - 5 years' experience in mobile communication module or operator testing in Telecom industry
Experience in project management and team management
Ability and experience in liaising with testing teams of operators (e.g., VDC, MTN, CELL C & TELKOM)
Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
Good communication and people skill
Good planning and time management skill
Proactive and take ownership of assigned jobs

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and responsibilities

Lead and manage the testing team
Follow up on pre-test progress and questions
Follow up the operator's test progress and TA, verify the severity of the operator's feedback problem/test procedure/LOG, etc., and try to reproduce it locally to verify whether the problem exists in other shortlisted projects.
Submit bugs in a timely and accurate manner and give feedback to R&D, assist development in locating problems/communicate with operators
Communicate with the operator's testing technology team and collect operator requirements in a timely manner
ICASA certification submission and progress follow-up
Cooperate with Vodacom account manager to submit DMP information for operation
Follow up on other project tasks and submit project and testing reports on time
