SUMMARY:
Our Client is a school and is looking for a Tuckshop and Kitchen Manager.

Responsibilities:

Tuckshop and Kitchen management
Order and Supplier management
Monthly stocktake and inventory management
Keep weekly and monthly cost reports
Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
Supervising food preparation and cooking
Preparation and elaboration of a varied and healthy menu
Catering services at arranged school events, also outside regular working hours

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Qualification in the field of hospitality services
Kitchen Management experience essential
Experience in the field of retail management advantageous
Advanced knowledge of hygiene standards in an industrial kitchen
Knowledge of perishable goods
Good administrative and planning skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to work well under pressure
Available for evening and weekend duties (if necessary)
Have a passion for working with children
