I am currently recruiting for a Trust Officers Assistant for an Investment Management company, based

JOB DESCRIPTION:

I am currently recruiting for a Trust Officers Assistant for an Investment Management company, based in Cape Town. To succeed in this role they are looking for someone who is self-driven, with high attention to detail.  

Responsibilities:

 

  • Portfolio payments / Client and 3rd party payments 

 

  • Money Market deposits and withdrawals
  • Investment Repurchases 
  • Retirement Annuity and TFSA Additions
  • Preparing files for meetings, and Client appointments confirmations
  • Draw Portfolio Valuations every morning
  • Compliance (FAIS & FICA) 

 

  • General updating of all systems with client information

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification 
  • Minimum 3 years previous experience in investment administration
