SUMMARY:
Our client, a company focusing on aftermarket truck parts is looking for reliable Truck Part Salesman that will be based in the Johannesburg area.
POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant qualification.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Truck parts sales.
- European truck parts catalogue experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer service through sales and providing quotations.
- Sourcing of truck replacement parts.
- Building and maintain relationships with customers and workshops.
- General support and duties required by the manager.
- Aftermarket service care.
- Present, promote and sell product or services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing or potential customers to meet their needs.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyse the territory or market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Additional Information:
- Solid Basic Salary + Commission based salary.
- Pension Fund.
- Own transport and driver license.
