SUMMARY:
A clothing supplier company based in Pinetown is looking for a Trims Co-ordinator to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and responsibilities:

Source trims and prices on buttons, zips, laces, ribbon etc.
Negotiate better trims prices than budgeted (check stock trims first) & Order trims.
Go onto label programs and order pricestickers, labels etc.
Update sync on pricestickers etc.
Once trims are delivered and invoice is received grv in and add pics to sync of special trims.
Pick trims to job as as double check system.
Check sync on a daily basis and ensure all tasks are attended too.
Liaise with trims assistant and check if all tasks are up to date, go through all outstanding trims to factory.
Add sync step to factory emails on all short trims.
