There is a brilliant Treasury and Debt Capital Markets Specialist vacancy available at a prestigious financial services concern located in KwaZulu Natal.
Position Overview:
The Treasury and Debt Capital Markets Specialist will ensure satisfaction of group-wide liquidity/funding requirements through the design and execution of securitisation / structured finance transactions.
One will manage the group-wide financial risks pursuant to the group''s risk management policies.
Key Focus:
- Effective and proactive management of liquidity for business optimisation and sustainability (under the direction of the head: treasury and debt capital markets).
- Design, administration, execution, and post-deal implementation of structured finance deals.
- Maintain relationships with investors.
- Manage relationships with rating agents and rating outcomes.
- Assist with the management of the group treasury and management of related financial risks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A completed qualification as a Chartered Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst / Post Graduate Diploma in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance.
- A minimum of 3 years Structured Finance Experience.
- Covid -19 vaccination certificate essential.
