JOB DESCRIPTION:

Treasury and Debt Capital Market Specialist (POS323)

La Lucia

R 600 000 per annum

Job Purpose:

Satisfaction of group-wide liquidity/funding requirements through the design & execution of securitisation / structured finance transactions. Management of group-wide financial risks pursuant to the group's risk management policies.

 

Requirements

  • Chattered Accountant / Chartered Financial Analyst / Post Graduate Diploma in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance Minimum Experience
  • 3 years structured finance experience and financial management experience

Responsibilities:

  • Effective and proactive management of liquidity for business optimisation and sustainability (under the direction of the head: treasury & debt capital markets)
  • Design, administration, execution and post-deal implementation of structured finance deals
  • Maintain relationships with investors
  • Manage relationships with rating agents and rating outcomes
  • Assist with the management of the group treasury and management of related financial risks
