SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town has a TWELVE MONTH vacancy for a newly Qualified Accounting Graduate.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Accounting Graduate will be responsible for various support activities in the Finance Shared Service Centre.

The main missions will be as follows:

Processing of bank entries from bank statements.
Bank Reconciliations
Loading of payments on Banking platforms
Liaising with signatories and ensuring payments are validated.
Liaising and follow up with the bank on payments submitted.
Performing banking and treasury checks on payments.
Responding to requests for proof of payment and other banking enquiries.
Rotate into various positions within the Finance Shared Service Centre.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
The ideal graduate will have/be:

Minimum a BCOM degree in Financial Accounting
An academic record maintaining an overall 70% pass mark.
Strong analytical and problem solving-skills.
Strong customer satisfaction orientation.

The main missions will be to gain development and learning in all aspects of the Finance Shared Service Centre.
