POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a Treasury Assistant to join their team.Â

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To accurately summarise and reconcile daily takings (cash-ups) / deposits to banking reconciliation (Cash, Credit Cards, Change Order via Debit Order, Mr. D, Uber, WI Codes, Paygate Online, Kiosk Order)
• Assist with credit card slips when requested from bank
• Liaise with stores with regards to queries for Reports
• Cash and Shortage Report
• Prepare Operational Reports
• Deliveries duplication Reports
• Delivery Portal Report (Uber & Mr D)
• Voids Report
• Daily Sales Report
• Perform other duties as required by the Financial Manager

Skills

• Proficient with bookkeeping and accounting software.
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• Ability to remain focused for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Advanced Excel Skills (Non-negotiable)
• Good Communication Skills
• FMCG experience.
