JOB DESCRIPTION:

Treasury reconciliations to be accurate and complete in excel
Reconciling all treasury reconciliations done by the team to the accounting system
All Operational reports to be accurate and complete
Liaise with banks regarding queries
Liaise with Area Managers regarding treasury queries
Check all payment details loaded on the bank and do first authorizations
Arrange that all suppliers are loaded on the bank system as beneficiaries
Weekly change orders from stores and do first authorizations
Monthly petty cash orders from stores and do first authorizations
Monthly Operational Summary report of re-occurring

Qualifications and experience required:
Accounting degree
