Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Design and sell bespoke travel itineraries tailored to individual needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel insurance, visas, and related services.
- Maximize sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting preferred partners.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate booking records and stay updated on travel industry trends.
Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a target-driven sales role.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with travel reservation systems (experience with Amadeus is advantageous).
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations.
