JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking to employ a Crew Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day mobilisation and administration of contractors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading the crew administration tasks that relate to immigration processing, clearance, documentation, travel, terminations and resignations, as well as providing support to the Operations Manager and Account Manager in all matters related to crew administration. 
This would include, but is not limited to:
  • Visa and permit applications
  • Rotation management
  • Coordinating medicals and all other pre-employment requirements
  • Coordinating all travel, e.g. flights, hotel accommodations, etc. 
  • This role includes accurate record keeping of travel, immigration, and repatriation documentation.
  • Ensuring pro-active management and compliance of expiration dates of contracts, passports, Visas, medicals, and all other relevant information.

Qualifications: 
  • Matric and Diploma/Degree
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration (High volume tasks, regulatory reporting).
  • Minimum 1 years in crew/immigration administration or equivalent.
  • Advanced computer skills.
Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of crew rotations and travel bookings
  • Good understanding of basic financial management principles
