TRANSPORT CONTROLLER (SUBCONTRACTED FLEET)

Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term

You’ll be the calm in the chaos. The planner, problem-solver, and communicator who keeps deliveries moving and customers informed. This role focuses on coordination, not managing drivers directly.

If logistics excites you and pressure doesn’t scare you, this is your lane.

What you’ll be doing

Planning and allocating transport jobs to subcontractors
Managing daily delivery schedules and timelines
Monitoring subcontractor performance and compliance
Handling delivery issues and resolving problems fast
Communicating with customers about delivery updates
Managing transport documentation and PODs
Supporting cost control and efficiency

What you’ll need

Diploma or Degree in Transport or Supply Chain
2–5 years experience in logistics or transport control
Strong understanding of subcontracted fleets
RTMS or transport system experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
