Business Analyst and Architect
Mining System Architecture - Operations and support experience
Mining Logistics Experience
Integration and Automation in Mining Operational Technology - Operations and support experience
Plant and Production experience
SAP & SAP integration - Operations and support experience
QMastor – Operations and support experience

Other responsibilities include:

RBCT Integration solutions:

Test the integration for trains and vessels.
Set up and assist with set up of integration
Training users.
Support after go-live and handover to operations

Day to Day M&L Support: non-IM Support

Support marketing and logistics department for day to day requests;
Assist marketers with general queries and support with the system;
Assist logistics team with general queries and support with the system

SGS Integration Solutions:

Test the integration for trains and vessels.
Set up and assist with set up of integration
Training users.
Support after go-live and handover to operations

Horizon Solutions:

IM Process complete
Install and set up
Configure users and system
Support – after go-live support
