Transformation Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client in the mining industry has an EE opportunity available for a Transformation Manager to be based in the Witbank/Middleburg area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Political Science or Human Resources Degree or National Diploma
• 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably 2 years’ managerial experience
• MS Office
• Operating computer systems
• HR Policies and procedures

KPAs:

• Manage labour stability by minimising labour turnover
• Manage performance against set targets and competencies
• Maintain and improve relationships with key stakeholders
• Monitor and keep up to date with legislative changes that impact on transformation and community development and similar requirements of the MRPDA
• Develop guidelines and policies in order to implement and comply with the relevant Legislation /s (Labour Relations Act, Traditional authorities Act, EE Act, Skills Development Act, etc.)
• Identify and address issues that may create barriers to Transformation and community development
• Build a functional relationships in line with company’s Transformation agenda and strategy
• Develop and manage SLP’s, and CSI implementation strategies
• Compilation, implementation and monitor Social And Labour Plans
• Compilation, implementation and monitoring of departmental and company Employment Equity Plans
• Ensure continuous engagement with all relevant stakeholders (community and government) to forge and maintain cordial relations.
• Coordinate Women in mining programmes
• Identify and implement CSI projects through liaising with Community Stakeholders
• DTI and BEE123 Monthly and annual reports
• Manage the Departmental budget
