Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Keeping up to date with changes and amendments to BBBEE legislation;
• Advising clients regarding BBBEE compliance and spending;
• Compiling BBBEE plans relating to BBBEE compliance;
• Compiling BBBEE verification documentation for verification;
• Calculating BBBEE scores;
• Assisting clients during BBBEE verifications;
• Attending to Employment Equity submissions;
• Employment Equity meetings with workplace committee;
• Obtaining the necessary information from employers to submit EE reports;
• Skills Development facilitation

Requirements:

• Matric.
• Valid Driver's License.
• B.Com Law/LLB/B.Com HR degree.
• Sound financial knowledge is essential.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Willing to travel.
