SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Transformation / Change Manager to join our team.

POSITION INFO:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or applicable courses; Minimum of 4 years'' experience in a change management or equivalent role;

- Experience working in large organisations; and

- Experience in developing, managing and implementing change programmes.

The role of the Transformation / Change Manager encompasses many activities including (but not limited to):

- Apply a structured change methodology and lead change management activities;

- Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative;

- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications;

- Assess change impact;

- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;

- Support training efforts; and

- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
