JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
If you have solid valuations, due diligence, client liaison experience, and transaction / deal advisory experience, this opportunity is for you! Our client is looking for Supervisors, Managers, Senior Managers and even Assistant Director level. The successful candidates will be working with both public and private deals across various sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Education:

BCom / relevant financial degree
CA(SA) / CFA will be highly beneficial

Job Experience & Skills Required:

3 – 10 years’ experience (depending on level of position)
Transaction / deal advisory experience
Corporate finance experience
Due diligence
M&A experience will be highly beneficial
