Our client within the Agricultural Sector, within Bloemfontein is looking for a Training Officer to support their dynamic team!

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:
- Provide SOP training to help build a skilled, safety-conscious and high-performing workforce.
- Conduct training needs assessments within production department.
- Provide the necessary guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ease new hires into their function.
- Deliver hands-on, practical training sessions focused on milling operations, food safety, quality standards and workplace safety.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4.
- SAGMA of GMF Accredited qualification.
- 15 years minimum Miller's experience.
- Valid RSA driver's license with own transport.
- Strong communication skills in English, Xhosa, Zulu and Sesotho are highly desirable.
