Our client in the Agricultural sector, based in Kirkwood, has an opportunity available for a Training/HR Coordinator, who will be responsible for coordinating required training and assist with HR functions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • Administrate, facilitate & budget all training needs
  • Facilitate and administrate the recruitment of seasonal
    salaried employees
  • Processes seasonal salaried payroll
  • Ensures job descriptions are revised and signed annually by all employees
  • Administrates SIZA SAQ’s and audits
  • Assists, Ad Hoc, with other HR functions
  • Assists, Ad Hoc, with clinic functions
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 (Umalusi National Senior Certificate)
  • 3 or more years' integrated exposure in Training
    facilitation and HR functions
  • Understanding of the Human Resources functions
  • Knowledge of the fruit agricultural industry
  • General business acumen
  • Intermediate usage of Microsoft Office
