Our Client, leaders in the Agricultural Sector in Overberg requires a Training Officer to guide and assist the Human Resources Department with implementation and aligning training needs to company business goals.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
Matric
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
3 Years Training experience, in Agriculture and / or Manufacturing
Experience running corporate social responsibility projects with the community
Experience with SETA processes and funding opportunities
Facilitation experience essential
Valid Driver’s License
Excellent Computer and Communication Skills
