SUMMARY:
HR Training Manager required in Rustenburg

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HR or HRD field (NQF 6/7)
• HR or HRD post-graduate qualification is desirable
• 5 years relevant experience in HR management
• Mining operational experience in training
• Knowledge of relevant legislation (Mining Charter, Skills Development, MHSA, BBBEE)
• Knowledge in change management, leadership & supervisory development
• Knowledge of the development of company policies, HRD strategy and procedures
• Knowledge of MQA accreditation requirements
• Knowledge of Education, Training and Development methodologies
• General HR and OD knowledge
