Training Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties

Facilitate training programs and modules (in-house) or externally
Will facilitate tough situations
Run workshops
Consult on sales

Skills Required

Must be Analytical Thinker
Must have logic
Intelligent
Must understand Sales Management and have good business acumen
Ideally must have own sales track record
Preferably have had a facilitator disposition
IT/ Computer literate (software oriented) - comfortable with virtual meetings/training sw
Must be able to work independently

Urgency oriented (not leaving things for tomorrow)
Facilitator disposition essential: well spoken; good communicator; friendly personality; relaxed; lots of energy;
Must have sense of urgency
Must be results oriented

Very task oriented environment
Everything is urgent
Small company - must support and assist where required
Must have a good support structure at home (stable environment)
Willing to travel
