POSITION INFO:

Develop, implement, update and  present knowledge and skills transfer to a specified audience at an end-user level                               

Formal Education                            

●             Education Training and Development Practitioner (ETDP) qualification (advantageous)    

Experience                        

●             1 - 2 years relevant training delivery experience

●             3 years technical experience      

Technical/Legal Certification                      

●             Registered Assessor (advantageous)       

●             Registered Moderator (advantageous)  

●             ITIL v3 Foundation Certification 

●             Appropriate Train-the-Trainer Certificate              

Responsibilities                

Financial Perspective                    

                Revenue             

●             Activities aimed at deliver against milestones     

●             Actively manage activities aimed at supporting the revenue target           

                Profit before income tax (PBIT) 

●             Actively manage activities aimed at profit target

                Utilisation           

●             Maintain acceptable billability ratio        

                Manage tools of trade   

●             Reduce operational expenses

●             Frequent interaction with users in training and during change presentations       

                Risk management/problem solving         

●             Communicate all project risks and issues to manager as soon as possible in order to avert crisis   

●             Independently resolve/address problems in a creative manner or taking action to resolve matters in the short term and inform the relevant stakeholders         

●             Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside normal scope of work
