SUMMARY:
Training Consultant

POSITION INFO:

Role: Training Consultant

Rate: Negotiable / Market Related

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Parktown Office (on-site)

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Purpose:

The trainer will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of all project and business as usual training. Responsibilities include the evaluating of training needs & current practices, creating and delivering a training development plan.

Minimum Requirements:

3-year bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field, or Instructional designer certification
- Train-the-Trainer accreditation would be advantageous
- 2 – 3 Years’ experience in a similar role
- Presentation and facilitation experience
- Experience in planning training and creating training material
- Conduct training and monitor training progress skills
- Provide information/record organisational effectiveness Skills
