JOB DESCRIPTION:

2 years call center experience advantageous.

Strong training background.

Proven experience as a Trainer, Teacher or similar.

Able to compile training material, apply it and conduct training relevant to the success of a call center environment.

Understand full training cycle (assessing needs, planning, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).

Arrange course deliveries and the facilitation of these courses.
