Job Position: Trainer

Location: Port Elizabeth
Salary: R20 000 to R30 000 per month (negotiable) commensurate with experience and qualification

Qualifications / Requirements:

Logistics and fleet organization is seeking the services of a Candidate who has proven training experience, in a similar environment

• Experience with putting together of training schedules and programs for staff throughout the company and training and upskilling of staff in order to ensure they are capable, skilled and developed in key areas
• Handling of full company training and monitoring of performance thereafter
• Excellent communication skills essential and ability to deal with all levels of employees
• Must be able to handle high pressure position and willing to work overtime
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
