SUMMARY:

If you have not been in a Supervisor/Facilitator training role in a call centre for at least 2 years- this is not the role for you! Looking for an experienced mid level Call Centre Team Trainer who will facilitate and motivate. Someone who will inform and inspire! A capable presenter who will care about bringing out the best performance of a team. Understand how to attend to needs of management and team.

POSITION INFO:
If you are capable of educating & managing people (the good, the bad and the ugly that goes with that) and communicating clearly at all times- this may be your future.

One-on-one training and Group sessions

This is an in-office role working in real time. Responsible for developing and executing skill and product-based training
programmes for warmup agents to maximise their knowledge and effectiveness in the call centre.

Conduct induction programme for all new trainees
Compile regular training reports
Maintain updated records of training material
Refresher courses for current staff

Strong communication skills are non-negotiable.
