SUMMARY:
Established retail group within the automotive parts sector with a number of branches throughout South Africa, seeks to employ a Trainee Manager to be groomed into Mid Level Management. The position will be based in Johannesburg Central.

POSITION INFO:

The successful individual will come from a similar environment and have gained experience in a junior management/supervisory role. A strong understanding of the automotive parts market (vehicle parts, tyres, rims, components) will go a long way during this process.

Requirements:

Matric & equivalent business qualification (completed)
3 – 5 years retail and management experience
Computer Literate (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
Legislative requirements of OHS, LRA, BCEA.
Understanding of stock (stock-take, mix, etc.)
Previous leadership experience
Strong Financial Acumen
Own vehicle and valid drivers licence
ITC / Crim Clear
