POSITION INFO:
This is a rustic and intimate bush lodge sleeping a maximum of 12 guests at a time. Here, privacy and tranquility meet unforgettable wildlife adventures, with unrushed game drives and immersive bush walks designed for true connection with nature.
Candidate requirements;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a trails guide and/or leadership roles within the guiding industry
- Ideally, have FGASA NQF4, and Full Trails
- All Guiding documentation (First Aid, FGASA, NDT, PDP, ARH, etc) must be fully up to date and valid
- Possession of a valid driver’s license & PDP is essential
- Must be computer literate
- Must be mature, confident, stable, and an analytical thinker
- Must be a natural leader
- Strong decision-making abilities under pressure
- Passion for the outdoors and client satisfaction
- Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability
- Must be well-presented and well-spoken
- Must reference incredibly well
- Responsibilities include check-ins and check-outs, with some managerial duties
