SUMMARY:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join a project team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs in line with safety and regulatory standards.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and facilities
Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting on electrical systems
Ensure compliance with OHS Act, SANS standards, and site safety procedures
Complete job cards, inspections, and reports accurately
Work collaboratively with other trades and site personnel
Adhere to project timelines and quality requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Trade Test Certificate (Electrician – Red Seal preferred)
Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum of 3–5 years’ post-trade experience
Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
Medically fit to work on site
